Remote Shamanic Reiki is offered as a complementary spiritual and energy-work practice.
The session is centered around the intention or focus submitted by the client and is completed remotely.
Remote Shamanic Reiki is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare or mental-health professional.
Individual experiences vary. No particular physical, emotional, energetic, or spiritual result is guaranteed.
ENERGETIC INTEGRATION
Energetic Integration is a personalized remote process focused on one central theme, pattern, transition, relationship dynamic, or area of exploration.
Depending on what is relevant to the process, the session may draw from intuitive and energetic tools within Nina’s practice.
The client receives the deliverables described on the current product page, which may include a personalized written integration report.
Energetic Integration is not psychotherapy, psychological treatment, medical treatment, diagnosis, or a replacement for licensed professional care.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Personalized readings and remote services
Orders for personalized readings, Remote Shamanic Reiki, and Energetic Integration may be canceled for a full refund only if work has not yet begun.
Once preparation, reading, energy work, interpretation, or personalized production has started, the order becomes non-refundable because individualized time and work have already been committed to the purchase.
Completed personalized services are not refundable solely because:
the interpretation was different from what the client hoped to hear;
a predicted or possible outcome did not occur;
another person behaved differently;
the client changed their mind after the work was completed;
the client disagreed with the interpretation.
If Integration by Nina is unable to complete a purchased personalized service, the affected order will be refunded.
Digital downloads
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, digital product purchases are generally final once access to the file has been provided.
