My approach
My approach is centered on emotional, body, and energy integration.
Rather than focusing on a single method, each session is guided by what is present in the moment. I combine different tools — including Reiki (energy work), family constellation insights, therapeutic tarot, and intuitive conversation — to support a deeper understanding of what you’re experiencing.
This work is not about quick fixes or surface-level healing.
It’s about slowing down enough to see what’s repeating in your life, how it lives in your body, and how it influences your emotions and relationships.
From that place of awareness, real shifts become possible.
